Annual Meeting of Electors 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Electors for the Shire of Broome will be held at the Administration Office, Council Chambers, 27 Weld St, Broome on Thursday 14 December 2017 commencing at 4pm.

The Order of Business shall be:

  1. Report from the Shire President
  2. Receiving of the Annual Report for 2016/2017
  3. General Business

Copies of the Annual Report are available on the Shire of Broome website at the link below or printed copies are available on request from the Shire of Broome Administration Office.

Electors with queries relating to the Annual Report are invited to seek clarification prior to the meeting during normal office hours (Monday – Friday from 8am to 4pm).

To enable adequate research for response preparation, Electors with questions on specific matters are requested to provide written notice by 4pm Tuesday 12 December 2017. Public question forms are available on the Shire website at the link below and can be emailed, faxed or delivered to the Shire.
