Shire of Broome Local Planning Scheme No. 6 – Amendment No. 10

At its Ordinary Meeting on 27 June 2019, Council resolved to initiate amendment No.10 to the Shire of Broome’s Local Planning Scheme No. 6 (LPS6) for the purposes of public advertising, pursuant to Section 75 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

The scheme amendment proposes rezone Lot 3 (No.3) Hopton Street and Lot 4 (No.84) and Lot 5 (Lot 86) Robinson Street, from Residential zone with a residential density coding of R10 to Mixed Use zone.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and the details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned, PO Box 44, Broome WA 6725 on or before 4pm on the 3 October 2019. Email submissions will also be accepted at shire@broome.wa.gov.au.
