Exciting school holiday activities underway

Released 10 April 2017

The Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre and Broome Public Library both have exciting school holiday programs underway.

The Library’s free ‘Botanicals’ themed program starts at 10.30am each day and runs for about an hour for kids aged between 6 and 12 who must be accompanied by an adult.

The BRAC program runs for either a half day from 8am to 2.30pm, or a full day from 8am to 4.30pm, again for children 6 to 12, and there is a fee for attendance.

Kids can take part in activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, an Easter egg hunt, water polo, BRAC movie days, lifeguard sports day, and with the pool open the BRAC inflatable is back!

The full program and enrolment forms are available from the links below, from BRAC and the Library or email brac@broome.wa.gov.au or shire@broome.wa.gov.au. Please note there will be no program on Good Friday or Easter Monday.
