Community Sponsorship Program

The Community Sponsorship Program has been developed to provide funds to assist community based organisations in partnership with the Shire of Broome for the development of social, cultural, economic, recreational, environmental and reconciliation projects and initiatives.

The Community Sponsorship Program has two (2) categories:

Annual Sponsorship

Submissions will be considered to 50% of the total project cost, to a maximum of $10,000.

Ad Hoc Sponsorship

Submissions will be considered during the year, to a maximum of $1,000.

Applications Open

Round two of 2011/12 Annual Sponsorship Program is open for applications from 6 October 2011 to 10 February 2012 for projects dated between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013.

Closing Date

Round One applications will close at 4pm on Friday 10 February 2012.

Notification

Applications for sponsorship received by the Shire of Broome on or before the closing date will be registered and acknowledged in writing.

How to submit applications

Complete the application form below and submit it using one of the following options:

• Post your application to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Broome, PO Box 44, Broome WA 6725
• Hand deliver your application to Shire of Broome Administration Office, 27 Weld Street, Broome
• Fax your aplication to (08) 9191 3455.
