To ensure accurate recording of your question in the Council Minutes it is advisable to complete the Public Question Time form and abide by the guidelines shown.

If possible, please submit your completed form either , in person at the Shire administration office or by fax (9191 3455) at least one hour prior to the commencement of the meeting. Alternatively, if you bring your PQT form to the meeting and announce your question, please leave your form in the tray provided in Chambers for recording purposes.

Public Question Time (PQT) is held at the beginning of the Council Meeting. To have your question recorded in the Minutes you must be present at the meeting and announce your question, otherwise your question will be processed administratively via the Shire's CEO in due course.
