Public Question Time is conducted in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and the Shire of Broome Standing Orders Local Law 2003.
1. Questions must be brief and concise, relating to the ordinary business of the Shire of Broome / function of the Council;
2. Please note that no debate or discussion will be permitted on any question or answer;
3. Questions relating to an agenda item will be considered first. All those dealing with matters of a general nature will be considered in the order in which they have been received.
4. A summary of each question and response will be recorded in the minutes.
