Notice is hereby given that an application for a Use Not Listed - Betting Agency has been received by the Shire and is available for public comment.
The applicant, ‘Hendry Group’, seeks approval for a TAB betting agency at Shop T22 Broome Boulevard, Lot 202 No.106 Frederick Street, Broome.
Copies of the proposal will be available for viewing at the Shire of Broome Administration Centre, Weld Street Broome during normal office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) up to and including Thursday 4th February 2021.
Submissions on the application may be made in writing and lodged to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 44 Broome WA 6725 or emailed to shire@broome.wa.gov.au before 4.00pm on Thursday 4th February 2021.
