Building Applications On-Line Lodgement
Applications for all building application can be done on-line. Please go to the lodgement page on our website.
Fees and Charges
The Building Fee and the Building Services Levy (BSL) are set by the WA Building Regulations, and are payable with all applications.
CTF
An additional fee is payable to the Construction training Fund (CTF) on works valued at more than $20 000. GO TO CTF Levy payment. Please present proof of payment with your building application.
