The Shire of Broome gives notice of its intention to dispose of property by way of lease:
- Property: Lot 302 Fairway Drive Bilingurr WA 6725 on Reserve 52985
- Proposed Lessee: John Geappen
- Term: 10 years commencing 1 October 2025
- Consideration: $28,750 per annum (plus GST)
- Market Valuation: A market valuation of the property was carried out on 4 August 2025 in accordance with Section 3.58(4)(c) of the Act.
Written submissions on the proposed disposal may be lodged with the undersigned by 4pm 23 October 2025.
