Australia Day Public Holiday
The Broome Public Library will be closed on
26th January 2021.
Broome Public Library is open and operating within the requirements of our COVID safe plan, for the safety of staff and the public.
The library has returned to normal operating hours:
Monday 10am to 5pm
Tuesday 10am to 7pm
Wednesday 10am to 5pm
Thursday 10am to 7pm
Friday 10am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 12 noon
Upcoming Events
Usual Children's Programs
All of our usual weekly children's programs will return for Term 1 2021, including:
- Toddler Rhyme Time on Mondays at 10.30am
- Story Time on Tuesdays at 10.30am
- Baby Rhyme Time on Fridays at 10.30am
- Lego Club Thursdays at 3.00 - 4.30pm.
We look forward to seeing you all.
We also have started our Broome Scratchers - Coding and Robotics Club. New enrolments will commence in January 2021.

E-books, e-audiobooks, e-magazines and international films are all available for free from our e-resource services for library members. Call us for assistance or click here.
Tech help
As always, we’re happy to give a few tips for minor tech issues eg., setting up e-resource apps, how to use Skype to video call family, how to be e-smart and stay safe online. Call us on 9191 3477.
