The Broome Public Library's normal operating hours are:
Monday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Tuesday 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Wednesday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Thursday 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm.
LIBRARY REFURBISHMENT NOTICE
The air-conditioning refurbishments have been mostly completed and the library is wonderfully cool again.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while this work was completed. The final stages of work should not have any major impacts on the public areas of the library.

Little Bubba Yarns - First Nations Story Time
Thanks to a fabulous grant from the State Library of Western Australia, we are able to offer a brand new program for First Nations families..
Come along to share stories, songs, and literacy activities.
Every Wednesday at 10:00am.
New Laptop for Broome Scratchers
Thanks to a fabulous National Backyard Cricket grant, the Broome Public Library has purchased a brand new laptop for the Broome Scratchers, a weekly coding and robotics group for kids who meet at least once a week at the Broome Public Library.
The kids of today learning the skills for their future careers, having some fun along the way.

Usual Children's Programs
Our usual programs will recommence for Term 3 2022, on Monday July 2022 (and will break for the WA school holidays), including:
- Toddler Rhyme Time on Mondays at 10.30am;
- Story Time on Tuesdays at 10.30am;
- Baby Rhyme Time on Fridays at 10.30am; and
- Lego Club Thursdays at 3.00pm - 4.30pm.
