October School Holiday Program 2020
Welcome to the Broome Public Library’s school holiday program.
Did you know that Broome was once the home of many dinosaurs? About 130 million years ago!!!
How do we know that? Lots of tracks preserved in our rocks along the coast.
Want to know more about the Theropods, Sauropods, Ornithopods and Thyreophoran dinosaurs that once called Broome home?
In addition to our usual activities, we are fortunate to have three special sessions being run by Broome’s Dinosaur Coast Management Group.
DCMG will be running three special scientific sessions especially for kids. Only one session per day on the September 30, October 7 and 8, 2020.
DCMG are a dedicated group of dinosaur enthusiasts who are passionate about the cultural significance and scientific importance of Broome’s dinosaur legacy.
A big thank you to Scitech & Inspiring Australia (WA) for a grant which funded our programs.
