The Shire of Broome provides a beach lifeguard service in partnership with Surf Life Saving WA and the Broome Surf Life Saving Club with daily patrols of Cable Beach during the dry season.
The Broome Surf Life Saving Club provides an essential service to the community by training members in first aid, surf rescue and resuscitation techniques.
The Shire of Broome in Partnership with the Disability Services Commission is pleased to provide two beach wheelchairs to enable all people to enjoy the pleasures of Broome's beautiful beaches.
