Proposed Local Law
The Shire of Broome proposes to adopt the Shire of Broome Waste Local Law 2020.
Purpose: to regulate the collection, disposal and storage of waste and recyclable materials.
Effect: to control the collection, disposal and storage of waste and recyclable materials for the benefit and health of the community and protection of the environment.
A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected at the Shire Administration Office, 27 Weld Street, Broome during normal business hours and can be accessed on the Shire’s website here.(PDF, 191KB)
Submissions regarding the proposed local law may be made to the Shire prior to 4pm Friday, 8 May 2020 to the undersigned.
