A private developer is installing a roadside embayment along Sandpiper Ave, Djugan, between old Broome Road and Marloo Way, as part of the release of four residential lots.
During the final stages of these works, a temporary lane closure will be required for intermittent periods.
Traffic controllers will manage vehicle movements through this area, meaning delays may occur.
The work is planned for Thursday, October 19 and/or Friday, October 20, outside of peak times.
A further update will be provided if this timing changes.
