Are you or someone you care about affected by cancer?

Life Now Yoga is a free introductory six-week yoga course, for people affected by cancer and their carers.

Our senior yoga instructor will guide you through each class and adapt different yoga poses to suit your needs.

Yoga has shown to have great benefits for people affected by cancer.

Yoga can help:

  • Reduce stress, anxiety and depression
  • Reduce the effects of fatigue
  • Improve quality of life
  • Improve sleep and mood
  • Increase flexibility and balance
  • Increase muscle strength

This free course runs on for six weeks on Tuesday evenings from May 14 to June 18
