PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon review, the Shire may refuse this application if any detail such as proof of micro-chipping or sterilisation do not satisfy registration requirements under the Dog Act 1976. 

Should there be any changes to the particulars on the cat or dog registration renewal form or new registrations (particularly the renewal of a dangerous dog), please contact the Shire of Broome on 9191 3456.
