Hana Assafiri "The Audacity To Be Free"- Author talk

Saturday 19th July 2025 10am-11am Free

Thanks to Melbourne Books, author and human rights advocate Hana Assafiri will be in conversation with Trish Pepper at the library.

Hana is well known for her social enterprise and restaurant Moroccan Soup Bar.

Hana's work has created amazing opportunities for migrant women in Australia.

Hana will have copies of her book "Hana, The Audacity To Be Free" for sale, and for signing.

And the whisper is that Trish will have some edible treats for attendees. We can't wait.
