The Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre has a group fitness option for everyone.

Take part in the Adult Swim group where beginners can learn to swim and the more intermediate - advanced swimmers can take part in a squad programs to develop stroke and stamina in the water for fitness and events. By far our most popular Group Fitness activity is the Aqua Combo class where you can come and take part in a full body workout in the pool, then enjoy a free tea and coffee after the class. If you want something a bit more challenging try our Deep Water Aqua class on a Saturday morning.

Our Lite Pace Circuit classes are a great land based work out. In this class participants complete exercises at different stations for a set time limit then move on to the next station. 

Yoga runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for both morning and evening sessions. No previous yoga experience is required. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can secure your spot via portal below. 

Social Badminton on Monday nights is a great way to meet new people and get a workout at the same time. All equipment is provided! Just bring yourself and some friends if you want to have a great night of fun!
