Against all odds, Skipper John Bertrand and his crew turned a 3–1 deficit into a nail-biting triumph, ending America’s 132-year dominance in what became known as the Race of the Century.

With the thrill of live theatre set against a cinematic backdrop, Ingle Knight’s Taking Liberty captures the grit, guts, innovation and spirit that defined a nation, changed the course of history and put WA on the world stage.
