The Shire of Broome is reviewing its Plan for the Future. This plan describes the community's aspirations and priorities, and what actions the Shire will take to meet local needs. The Shire has several informing strategies that were developed following extensive community consultation. The review of the Plan for the Future will capture actions included in these informing strategies.
You are invited to attend a Community Workshop.
The purpose of the workshop is to:
- Provide an overview of recent findings from the 2024 MARKYT® Community Scorecard where we heard views and opinions from close to 1,200 community members.
- Review community suggestions and help to prioritise proposed actions to address local needs.
The workshops are open to all community members, community organisations and local businesses.
