The Shire of Broome is developing a new Community Safety Plan, and your voice matters.

We’re inviting all community members to take part in a dedicated workshop where you can share your ideas, raise local concerns, and help shape practical solutions for a safer, more connected Broome.

Whether you're a long-time local, business owner, parent, or young person — this is your opportunity to be heard.

How we got here:

Since the beginning of 2025, we’ve been engaging with key stakeholders and gathering insights through a community-wide survey. Now, we’re inviting all community members to take part in the next phase — a dedicated workshop where you can help shape the plan's priorities and direction.

What to expect:

• Open, collaborative discussions

• A chance to influence safety priorities in Broome

• Review and provide feedback on the draft Community Safety Plan

• Registered attendees will receive a copy of the draft plan via email prior to the session

Drop in at the time that suits you — morning or evening — and contribute to building a stronger, safer Broome for everyone.
