Notice is hereby given that a Local Development Plan for Lot 3144 Dora Street, Broome is available for public comment.
The Local Development Plan has been prepared to guide the future development of Lot 3144 Dora Street, Broome. The Local Development Plan provides guidance on future land use and development standards for the site. It is intended that the area be developed as a health and wellbeing precinct.
Copies of the Local Development Plan will be available for viewing at the Shire of Broome Administration Centre, Weld Street Broome and will be open for inspection during normal office hours (8am to 4pm) from 10 March 2022 up to and including 31 March 2022.
Submissions on the proposed Local Development Plan may be made in writing and lodged to the Chief Executive Officer, P O Box 44 Broome WA 6725 or emailed to shire@broome.wa.gov.au before 4.00pm on 31 March 2022.
