The Shire of Broome has received a development application for a Use Not Listed – Transient Workers Accommodation.
The applicant, ‘Pearl Coast Properties Pty Ltd’, seeks approval to occupy an existing Transient Workers Accommodation facility at Broome Airport, 10 Macpherson Street, Djugun.
The facility has previously been operated at the site, though as the term has now expired, planning approval is required in order to reoccupy the facility.
A copy of the plans can be accessed here(PDF, 4MB) or can be viewed at the Shire of Broome Administration Centre during normal office hours (9am - 4pm), up to and including Thursday 15th July 2021.
Submissions on the application may be made in writing and lodged to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 44, Broome WA 6725 or emailed to shire@broome.wa.gov.au before 4.00pm on Thursday 15th July 2021.
