Join Barra Art Design at Walmanyjun Cable Beach Foreshore for a free, relaxed, family-friendly creative art session celebrating art, place and community by the sea. Barra Art Design is a Broome-based creative business known for its vibrant arts, prints, supplies and youth workshops.

For this special session, Barra Art Design will bring their signature coastal-inspired creativity to the foreshore, offering a welcoming and inclusive art experience to one of Broome’s most iconic destinations, suitable for all ages to enjoy. Using beautiful block prints of local sea creatures, you’ll be stamping prints onto supplied Walmanyjun Cable Beach postcards so you can create your own piece of art to send in the mail to your family and friends – or keep for yourself.

You’re also welcome to bring your own shirt, tote bag or other similar items to print on and style with stamps and colours of your choice!

Designed for all ages, the event invites locals and visitors to connect, create and enjoy the foreshore as Walmanyjun Cable Beach continues its transformation into a more accessible, vibrant and welcoming place to gather, play and explore.

The first 25 participants to arrive will also enjoy a complimentary takeaway coffee/hot drink voucher redeemable that morning from the Cable Beach House Kiosk – so you can sit back and soak up the coastal sunshine and good vibes.
