Through group discussions, shared experiences, and expert guidance, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to feel more confident in your diabetes management.

You will explore various topics, including:

what happens in the body with diabetes blood glucose monitoring medications
preventing or managing long term complications of diabetes
food choices
physical activity
support to make a personalised plan

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with type 2 diabetes for a while, this program can help you take the next step in managing your health.

Please note that this program is only suitable for adults aged 18 years and older.
