Old Broome Road Shared Path Launch

The Shire of Broome invites the community to celebrate the completion of the Old Broome Road Shared Path, an important piece of infrastructure designed to improve safety, connectivity and active transport opportunities for residents and visitors.

Join us at Male Oval for a free community event showcasing the new shared path and encouraging people of all ages to walk, ride, run and roll along the upgraded route.

The morning will feature a range of family-friendly activities, health and wellbeing initiatives, bike safety demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with local community organisations.

Activities include:

Free bike maintenance checks and safety education
Yoga session from 8:00am to 9:00am (BYO mat)
Children's cardboard car activity
Complimentary coffee or smoothie vouchers for pathway users (while stocks last!)

Bring your family, friends, bikes, scooters or walking shoes and help celebrate this important community asset.
