Shire of Broome is hosting a deeply relaxing sound bath healing session led by the amazing Anna Hastie at the serene Lily Pond Lawn at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa.

Immerse yourself in the soothing benefits of sound healing in one of Broome’s most tranquil locations. Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments bring calm and balance to your body and mind.

Below is a recommendation of what to bring:

• Something to lie on – a yoga mat is ideal, as the grass may be wet or dewy, or a waterproof picnic rug
• Pillow for under your head or knees
• Warm blanket and socks if it’s chilly
• Eye mask or eye pillow
• Bug spray (or wear long pants and a long-sleeve top in case of midgies)
• Sunscreen if there’s a bit of sun
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen to write down any thoughts or reflections before or after the session
• A favourite crystal, if you like to work with them
