Road works to improve safety and traffic flow and repair aging infrastructure are underway on a section of Old Broome Road until late July. Old Broome Road is currently fully closed to all traffic between Sandpiper Avenue and Short Street.

Grab your board or scooter and head down to the Walmanyjun Cable Beach Skatepark for two afternoons of relaxed riding, good vibes and skill-building fun.
Join us on Wednesday 15 April and Thursday 16 April from 4 - 6pm, where experienced facilitators will be on hand to share tips, build confidence and help you level up your skills - whether you’re just starting out or already hitting tricks.
It's a great chance to hang out, meet other riders and make the most of the skatepark in a safe and supportive environment.
All ages and skill levels welcome.
Helmets and closed-in shoes are required.
