Expression of Interest - Sanctuary Village Holiday Park and Key Worker Village - Lease, Design, Develop and Operate
The Shire of Broome is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably credentialed developers and/or operators of tourist holiday parks and residential villages (lifestyle park home or land-lease developments) for the design, development, and long-term lease of an iconic new caravan park with residential village. This project is located at Lot 501 (Formerly Lot 3130), Sanctuary Road, Broome, Western Australia.
