Community members can report non-urgent streetlight faults online through Horizon Power’s website at www.horizonpower.com.au/help-support/faults-and-emergencies/how-do-i-report-a-faulty-street-light/ or call them on 1800 264 914.
Horizon Power say they are committed to providing the safe and most reliable power supply to customers and work hard to safely and quickly resolve faults when they occur, with faulty streetlights assessed within nine working days.
Please note, Horizon Power is unable to raise a fault job if the information provided is incorrect, so please ensure the location information is accurate.
