Major works on the reconstruction of McDaniel Road in the Broome Heavy Industrial Area was completed on November 20.
It is designated as a RAV 10 network triple road train route and the project was identified in Roads 2030 as a local priority.
The $4 million project has been completed earlier than initially anticipated and has been fast-tracked to save Broome ratepayer funds.
Shire of Broome president Harold Tracey said the overhaul works were critical to ensure a high standard of local road networks and provide essential access to our town’s port and industrial areas.
