EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – LEASE OF TENANCY 4, KIMBERLEY REGIONAL OFFICES, 29 NAPIER TERRACE DJUGUN, BROOME
The Shire of Broome invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the commercial lease of Tenancy 4 at Kimberley Regional Offices, 29 Napier Terrace, Djugun, Broome.
The tenancy fronts both Frederick Street and Napier Terrance, occupying a prominent corner location and is suitable for uses consistent with the reserve purpose of ‘Offices’.
Interested parties are encouraged to obtain the EOI documentation to review property details, selection criteria and submission requirements.

Submissions must be lodged electronically no later than Monday, 27 July 2026 by 4pm (AWST).
Property inspections can be arranged by appointment.
The Shire of Broome is not bound to accept any submission.
