The Shire of Broome gives Local Public Notice, pursuant to Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995 of its intention to dispose of property:
Disposition Type: Agreement for Lease with intention to Lease
Landlord: Shire of Broome
Lessee: Kismet Group Holdings Pty Ltd
Premise: Lease Area 1, being a building currently under construction as part of Stage 2 of the Walmanyjun Cable Beach Foreshore Redevelopment. Lease Area 1 is approximately 34m2 and will be determined by Landlord construction works.
Location: Lease Area 1, being a portion of the proposed amalgamated Cable Beach Foreshore (Reserve 36477) Lot 502 on DP433088, Cable Beach Road West, Cable Beach 6726. Landgate Receipt Reference 4206302. Being a portion of the current Local Road Reserve (Cable Beach Road West).
Market Rental Valuation: $24,650 per annum (plus GST)
Consideration: $24,650 per annum (plus GST), payable monthly from the Rent - Commencement Date. The rent is subject to the Rent Review.
Term: Five (5) years plus one (1) option of a further five (5) years.
Background information: Broome Beach Company and Sunny Scoops (BBC&SS), held by Kismet Group Holdings Pty Ltd, is a locally owned and operated business with established premises in the Chinatown area of Broome selling premium branded beach essentials and high quality ice-cream.
