Notice is hereby given that an application for a Brewery / Small Bar has been received by the Shire and is available for public comment.
The applicant, ‘Studio Trentin Architects,’ seeks approval for the preparation and sale of alcohol and operation of a small bar (Moontide Distillery) from Lot 682 (No. 27) Hamersley Street, Broome.
Copies of the proposal will be available for viewing at the Shire of Broome Administration Centre, 27 Weld Street Broome during normal office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) from Thursday, 9 July 2026 up to and including Thursday, 6 August 2026.

Submissions on the application may be made in writing and lodged to the Chief Executive Officer, P O Box 44 Broome WA 6725 or emailed to shire@broome.wa.gov.au before 4.00pm on Thursday, 6 August 2026.
