In accordance with Section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Minister for Planning has approved Local Planning Scheme No.7 on the 28th day of September 2023.
The Scheme is available for public inspection at the Shire Admin Offices, Weld Street Broome during normal office hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
