Discover the creativity, culture and stories of the Kimberley as the Kimberley Open Studios Trail returns for 2026.
Presented by the Kimberley Arts Network (KAN), this unique event opens the doors to artist studios, Indigenous art centres, galleries and creative spaces across the region, giving visitors the rare opportunity to meet local artists, explore their work and purchase authentic Kimberley art directly from the makers.
With more than 100 artists participating between Ardyaloon (One Arm Point) on the Dampier Peninsula and Wyndham, the trail showcases the incredible diversity of Kimberley creativity. Whether you're an art enthusiast, collector or simply looking for a unique day out, there's something to discover at every stop.

Throughout the week, visitors can take part in a range of artist-led experiences including:
- Weaving workshops
- Bird illustration classes
- Glass cutting demonstrations
- Printmaking workshops
- Macramé demonstrations
- Stencil painting workshops

Many activities are free, while some workshops require bookings directly with the artist.
