FREE Community Line Dancing Session

14 September 2025

The Shire of Broome proudly presents a fun and energising morning of line dancing with Gypsylyn!
Learn a few new steps, enjoy some great music, and move at your own pace. Whether you're a total beginner or just looking to try something new, this session is open to adults of all ages – and no previous dance experience is required.

BRAC Dash & Splash Series

19 September 2025

BRAC Dash & Splash is a fun run-swim duathlon held across three events. Choose from a 2km run with 200m swim or a 4km run with 400m swim. Compete solo or in a team, with options for juniors, adults and parent-child duos. Join one event or all three and race for a spot on the leaderboard.

Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments bring calm and balance to your body and mind.

FREE Shell Tour

Following the success of the last tour, the Shire of Broome invites families to kick off the school holidays with a free coastal adventure at Walmanyjun / Cable Beach. Join Shell Ambassador Taryn for a fun and educational beach walk exploring local treasures, marine life, and ethical shell collecting. Kids can get creative with mandala-making and enjoy a free ice cream sandwich voucher after.
