Get ready to unleash your creativity with the theme "Sand and Sea Creatures"! Build your best marine-inspired sculptures and compete for amazing prizes!

In collaboration with Kimberley Arts Network (KAN), we invite all ages to join in the fun and discover the unique marine ecosystem right on our doorstep.

Competition Information 
The theme “Sand and Sea Creatures” is inspired by the variety and unique nature of the local marine environment. Participants will be invited to get creative and build creatures from the sea, to use their imagination and sculpt creatures in the sand and discover more about the marine ecosystem that is right on their doorstep. Young sculptors will be asked to create marine creatures, or incorporate different marine/beach creatures to make a new composite creature from sand. Imagine how fun it would be to be an octomermaid or a minnowwhale? Or perhaps a turtleray, barraosprey or ospreymund; there are so many possibilities!

Bring your own sand building tools, but don't worry if you forget—there will be a limited number of buckets, spades, and molds available. Plus, colored sand will be provided to add a vibrant touch to your designs!

There will be multiple categories, including individual and team entries, with fantastic prizes for the most outstanding and creative designs.
