Club Development

The Shire of Broome’s Place Activation and Community Engagement Officer assists in building capacity in our sporting clubs to ensure they remain sustainable. This role is part funded through the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries' Every Club Program and supports sport and recreation club volunteers through communication, education and acknowledgement.

There is plenty of information out there to assist with running your club. You should be able to access everything you need if you:

• register with Associations Online through the Department of Commerce.
• affiliate with your State Sporting Association (SSA) and
• share information sent by the Shire with your committee.
